We ship to all 50 states via UPS, FedEx, and LTL freight carriers

📦 Order Processing

Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST (Mon–Fri) are processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends ship the next business day.

📎 Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships. LTL shipments include a Bill of Lading (BOL) number for freight tracking.

🚚 Liftgate & Inside Delivery

For LTL freight, liftgate service and inside delivery are available at additional cost. Please specify requirements at time of order.

⚠ Damage Claims

Inspect all packages upon delivery. Report any damage within 48 hours by contacting sales@scstatesmilitia.com with photos and your order reference.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind every product we sell

30-Day Return Window: Unused, unopened items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Defective Products: If a tool arrives defective or is damaged in transit, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Restocking Fees: A 15% restocking fee may apply to opened power tools and large equipment. Custom-configured tool kits are non-returnable.

How to Initiate a Return: Email sales@scstatesmilitia.com with your order reference, item description, and reason for return. We will issue an RMA number within 1 business day.
